Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused or not materially damaged by the customer;
- the item is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
- the item includes all original accessories, parts, and documentation where applicable;
- proof of purchase is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect upon arrival:
- customized or made-to-order products;
- special-order items;
- clearance or final sale items;
- items showing misuse, modification, or abnormal wear caused after delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos or videos showing the problem and packaging where relevant.
4. Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Original shipping charges, transaction fees, customs charges, or non-refundable third-party fees may be deducted where permitted and where the return is not due to our error.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, confirmed defect, or incorrect shipment, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or return shipping support.
- If the return is for customer preference, compatibility choice, or other non-defect reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation
- If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund may be issued.
- If an order has already shipped, it will be treated under the normal return process.
